About Us

SBT Diagnostic Centers is a privately owned facility created to serve women with diagnostic medical ultrasound needs located in Orland Hills IL., with over 20 years in the field of ultrasound.  SBT Diagnostic Centers has assembled a qualified team of board certified licensed Radiologists and Sonographers ready to fulfill your diagnostic ultrasound needs. We provide a private, comfortable, modern environment where we perform a wide variety of services.  

SBT Diagnostic  Centers utilizes a radiology group that will prepare comprehensive diagnostic reports that are sent electronically to physicians within 48 hours including selected images of importance and findings with inserted annotations, markings and measurements. Stat orders are given the highest priority and results are included in the physician’s report. All reports are confidential, double read and signed by board certified, state licensed Radiologists. 

A written referral from the Physician, Midwife, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician’s Assistant is required at the time of scheduling. Patients can conveniently schedule appointments with minimal wait time. Preliminary reports are available at the time of service.

Qualifications

SBT Diagnostic Centers understand that the quality of an ultrasound is highly dependent upon the level of skills and knowledge of the sonographer. SBT Diagnostic Centers exams are performed by professional Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographers.  In addition, our sonographers hold registries in the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist and Registered Vascular Technologist. Certification status is maintained through the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (www.ardms.org).  Read more about our strengths and our radiologists.
